Tatum Ranch: This master planned community of 3400 homes was developed by SunCor Development Company beginning in 1988. There are 30 neighborhoods, 3 are gated and all but 100 homes are single family detached. About 100 homes are duplex style. All utilities are underground. Centered within Tatum Ranch is the 18 hole championship golf course. It is a private course, designed by Robert Culp. There is a club house and member’s bar & grill, fitness center, swimming pool, full driving range.
